Lightweight Helmet Design Using FRP Composites

Designed and fabricated a protective helmet using fiber-reinforced polymer composites. Built 3D surface model in SolidWorks, performed structural FEA in Ansys, and manufactured via hand lay-up — tested to ISI 4151 standards.
